People need time to change. We looked for a sustainable and feasible step in the residential landscape. A design as an alternative to the Flemish subdivision.

Here we can ask ourselves whether our existing and most commonly used housing formulas such as buying and renting are the best and only solutions. Co-living, Co-housing, hamster rents, ground leases, leasing and housing cooperatives are gradually making their appearance.

We don’t make a mind shift alone, we do it together.

Through this inspiration tool, we have made all of our information available. We hope that citizens, construction, finance, policy and many others will start working with these results. It is the ideal practice material to synchronize all domains and make them ready for living in 2050.

CIRCULAR DESIGN

Within PXL research, we continue to focus on circular design. The future for a sustainable building chain.

WOON-WIJS 4.0

With the support of the Province of Limburg (housing subsidy for innovative projects) we will further investigate how the 4-LEAF CLOVER can contribute to new forms of living, new business models, sustainable energy facilities, co-habitation and more.

AMBITION

Our dream: to realize the 4-LEAF CLOVER in the Flemish | Limburg Residential Landscape.

The technical cell will already be built in early 2022.
