Staircase module
Stacking is possible through a staircase module. The staircase can either belong to a private home or be part of several separate units above each other.
Flex space
A space can have different functions. We are moving away from our idea that a house has a fixed layout and the rooms have a fixed function.
4-leaf clover
By rotating the module as a whole we get the shape of a four-leaf clover. This optimizes the whole and suddenly provides a playful twist. By means of a central elevator the four-leaf clover becomes accessible to everyone.
